All registrations must be received on or before January 15, 2027. Any registrations received after January 15, and all on-site registrations will be assessed a 20% processing fee. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 15, 2027. A 20% processing fee will be assessed on cancellations. NO REFUNDS AFTER January 15, 2027. In the event you need to cancel, the fee paid for membership is non-refundable.
